Every year. Some of today’s most innovative minds come together to discuss one thing: Ideas. You can head to TED.com to check out some of these past talks.
The thing I love most about these talks is that the speakers gain nothing from this. Sure, maybe their name is a little bit more recognizable, but in reality, they are sharing their most innovative and progressive ideas with a mass of other great thinkers. Also, TED has a podcast in which they release these talks on Itunes throughout the year. We now have access to the einstein’s and edison’s of today.
Also, i really appreciate how TED doesn’t simply allow one voice to be heard. Rick Warren gave a talk about humanity’s purpose and immediately following him another gentleman gave a talk on how religions are creations of humanity.
