I work with a fledgling ministry and in our formative meetings we had to answer some very defining questions about our ministry. Here were some of them:
- What other ministries are overlapping w/us?
- In what ways are we different?
- How can we partner with that ministry? or How can we work alongside them instead of against them?
- What has God gifted this ministry with that sets us apart?
- What are ways that we can connect with the people we are ministering to?
- Do we want our ministry’s name to be well recognized?
- How can our ministry be distinct?
