Today I’m getting lunch with Rich. Rich has been doing ministry longer than I have and he’s got a different story than I do. He’s been married longer than I have. He tutors. He’s been a middle school director, executive assistant, children’s pastor, and local missions pastor.
I can learn from that. I can learn a lot from that.
No matter where you work and no matter how high you are on the company totem pole, you can learn from other people.
