		<description>haha...I understand where your coming from.  Sometimes there seems to be a fuzzy line between diversity and division.  

Each of the problems that you address (that make you want to bang your head) comes from the simple problem of pride, which manifests itself these days as a self serving &quot;the world revolves around me&quot; attitude, to which I find myself capitulating to  and asking forgiveness for all the time.

But, while it is a reality, I think it is a reality that while not completely unavoidable, can be brought down.</description>
